Children who are 5 years old on or before August 1, 2025, are eligible to enroll in the Lakeside Kindergarten program beginning March 1st for the 2025-2026 school year. Students residing outside of Lakeside School District can apply forschool choice.
Kindergarten completed packets should be returned to our Lakeside District Office, located at 2837 Malvern Ave. on the Lakeside School District campus.

COMPLETE PACKETS WILL INCLUDE:
→ Proof of Residency (current utility bill: gas, electric, or internet: something that shows service to the home)
→ Copy of Birth Certificate
→ Copy of Social Security Card
→ Current immunization record
→ Kindergarten Physical
→ All enrollment forms included in the Kindergarten registration packet

Students can be dropped off beginning at 7:15 and must be picked up by 3:45.
Lakeside School District will provide an Open House for you to meet your child’s teacher in August. The date will be set at a later time.
Unfortunately, we do not accept requests. However, you may email the principal for any concerns you may have.
Lakeside School District provides all school supplies to each student.

You must apply for school choice before May 1.
If accepted, you will have to bring in your school choice acceptance letter along with a proof of residency.
A student will not be enrolled or assigned a teacher until the packet is completed. This includes all required documents.
Once a completed packet is received, the student will be given a time for Kindergarten Screening.
